      QuickBooks requires license data to get started and it throws an error 3371 when it can’t access them. The problem could have caused due to missing or damaged files and QuickBooks error 3371 appears followed by the status code either 11118 or 1. You can resolve the problem in several ways, however, the most effective one is renaming the entitlement file. For that open the run dialogue box and paste this file path – C: DocumentsandSettingsAllUsersApplication DataIntuitEntitlement Client V2. and hit enter.
